    I started doing yoga at the gym in 2013 or so (I don’t remember exactly). My doctor recommended it to help with my anxiety, it was an on and off kinda practice due to scheduling issues. Eventually, I thought of looking online and I found Doyouyoga…somehow, I ended up on your YouTube channel and there was no turning back, you made it so simple and I never went back to the gym! In summer 2014, I broke my foot and that took me off the mat. In August of that year, a dear friend of mine passed away and it hit me very hard. That year, I also lost my job, my boyfriend of almost a year broke up with me and I moved to a new house. Basically everything, as I knew it, was no longer. I stopped doing anything for me. I didn’t practice for a year and a half or so. After that I would practice once and stop again. I decided to date again and it was one disappointment after another. Fast forward to Spring 2016, I had a new job, I was settled in my house and I decided I was done with the dating bs. I wanted to practice yoga daily again but I didn’t know how to go about it. Suddenly, there you were with PBYP. Honestly, it couldn’t have had come at a more perfect time in my life. I somehow knew it was what I was looking for. I didn’t think twice before getting it. I completed T1 and it was the best thing I could’ve done for myself. If I had to pick a favorite class, I would say the 40 min total body flow and the beckbends…they feel so good! The fb group is like a backbone, it holds us up…we hold each other up. The PBYP family ♡ I knew I had to become a mentor when the opportunity came! And then you did T2…and outdid yourself! Absolutely love it. With PBYP, you not only help me control my anxiety and helped me get rid of an annoying tremor on my hands, you gave me confidence. Since starting the program, I’ve done things that I never thought I would. I’m comfortable on my on skin! Three months ago, I met a guy who thinks I’m beautiful when I’m wearing sweats and no make-up, calls me princess and treats me better than any other guy ever did! 🙂

    I was always told I would be a great teacher when I volunteered and I always said “no, thanks” because I always puctured a school teacher. However, I now see that’s not the case. There’s YTT! I have to think about it but it’s definitely a possibility. I started a fitness group in my office and we’re doing yoga with your YouTube videos twice a week. They love it! I’ve “recruited” a few friends to become yogis, they love it too. I will be forever thankful to you guys for all you do. You literally help me put my life back together. Thank you.

    What a life changing program! The classes, the structure, the support network…all of it. As a yoga teacher, it helped me reconnect to my own personal practice that had fallen by the wayside. I can’t recommend this program enough.

    I finished this program at New Year and I felt very much complete, secure and awesome with whom I am. Now I am trying to combine it with other things,and doing Tier 2 with anything else, help me to remember that being co stant in something shows great results. I am so greatfull for this program and to all the people behind it (not only Erin, but BadYogi team and PBYP community) for always keep it running.

    The best part of this whole program is really starting to believe that I’m perfect exactly as I am. I went through a very stressful time recently moving back from South Korea and this helped keep me sane! Plus the facebook group is amazing!

    I can not say enough for this program! I have done Tier 1 twice and Tier 2 once. I just can’t get enough! I am seeing definition all over and feel so healthy and strong. The classes are a perfect amount of hard work and stress relief. The best part of this program though is the Facebook group. Everyone is like a big family. It’s the most loving and accepting place there is. This program has not only gotten me into amazing shape but has changed the way I feel about myself. I no longer put myself down. I am truly at peace. Thank you Erin for the amazing community and program!

    I have been doing yoga off and on now for about 4 years and a majority of that has been with classes from Erin Motz. As much as I loved yoga, I could never find a consistent practice. PBYP changed that. I thought I would struggle with actually completing the program once the new had worn off just like I had with other fitness programs. But after just a few classes I was completely hooked. I looked forward to every day from beginning to end.

    The results started showing up after about 3 weeks. I could look in the mirror and see a change. I noticed my arms, legs, and core were more toned. I couldn’t believe the strength I gained. The most amazing strength was the confidence I gained. I started feeling so much more confident with my body. Which is saying a lot when you’ve had an 8lb 7oz baby and then a 9 lb 12oz baby in the past few years. I felt amazing!!

    I have told everyone I know…and a few I don’t…about this program. I tell everyone that the most important and useful part of this program is the community that comes with it. The Facebook group is full of people who are on a similar journey as you are and they want to help you along the way. They always have kind words and encouragement to give. Erin Motz can even be found in the group from time to time. She didn’t just design this program and then move on. She’s made sure you have every tool you need for success. I love this program and will continue to revisit these classes over and over again.

    I have never felt more comfortable in my own skin and it has everything to do with PBYP. Everything about this program was designed to make you feel appreciation and love for yourself again. I began this program as soon as it came out, finished both tiers and am in the middle of my second round of tier 1. Between the classes, the food challenges, the Facebook support group, and the meditations, I feel like Erin and her team thought of everything to keep you motivated. I feel so much better, mentally and physically, when I wake up and complete my daily class and meet the food challenge. More importantly, I don’t hate myself when I fall off course. I feel much more present, patient, and happy! I recommend this program to anyone that will listen!

    DON’T DO IT!!! Unless you are ready to be changed forever. I had literally no yoga experience, and I was coveting this program for months. I finally just said “I’m worth it” and bought PBYB. I love every day now. I can’t wait for lunch to jump on my mat. I have learned so much. I am no where near perfect..oh wait I”M PERFECT EXACTLY AS I AM”! The facebook group is amazing and so supportive. Whenever I get discouraged because I can’t touch my forehead to my knee (lol) everyone jumps on and reminds me to breath and relax. Erin is great and reminding me its my practice and doesn’t have to look like hers. She is super easy to understand and offers options for most of the harder poses. (I’ve lost 16 lbs in 10 weeks thanks to this program) There’s some terrific meal planning and recipe guides offered, as well

    Such a welcoming practice each day. The vibe is always so accepting and reassuring and the work is always such a rich variety of challenge, restoration, balance and fun!! I have so enjoyed this program and credit Bad Yogi for my building courage and positivity to embark on Yoga Teacher Training in Portland Or!! I feel that this program is super accessible for everyone and great encouragement each day that where we are is exactly ️️perfect! We are growing and thriving!

    Thank you Erin, for developing this program. Not only did it make me like yoga more, it also taught me to accept my body the way it is. Before I started, back in October, I was going through a rough period with low confidence and plenty of negative thoughts about my body, my capabilities,… But then I bought the program and dedicated myself to it and it went a lot better than expected, it was also a lot more than I expected.
    The classes were challenging at times, but the more they came back, the more I loved them and the more I noticed how I had been improving. My feet came closer to the floor with each down dog, I was able to do triangle and every week I was less sore after the classes.
    The meditations were so important to changing my mindset. Each week’s mantra was inspiring and the things you say during the meditations are too real. I even started crying during one of the meditations because you were saying exactly what I needed to hear. I can look in the mirror again and be confident about what I see and how I feel.
    And then finally, there is the Facebook group. Never in my life have I encountered a group of more than 1000 people who are so positive, helpful, uplifting, hilarious,… I am not ashamed to post in the group, I never doubt about what they will think or how they will react because they seem to understand everything. Whether you are on top of the world or feel like crying in a corner, those people will party with you or make sure you feel good again. They answer questions, whether they are yoga-related or not, give actual advice you can use and not once will you read a negative or hateful comment in that group. I have started to love my Facebook news feed again.
    So thank you, Erin. For your program, the classes, your words, your inspiration and the amazing group of people you brought together for the same aim: accepting and loving our bodies, while working to make them healthy at the same time.
    I, for one, will be forever grateful for that!

    This is truly a life changing program. It may sound like I’m exaggerating, but at least my life has changed radically because of it. I’ve always loved Erin classes, but the structure and sense of purpose in this one, as well as the weekly mantras and the sense of community in the Facebook group make it the only fitness (and, really, wellness) program I’ve ever stuck with, with no pressure to be perfect, and no giving up if I’m not.

    I recommend this to everyone looking to be stronger, more focused and improving their practice (or even just starting one!).

    This program is amazing. If you are wondering if it’s worth the money the answer is YES! You get so much for your money– lots of classes, great video quality, the food guide, the printouts, AND best of all: you get to be part of the PBYP Facebook group which is literally the nicest place on the internet. I love all that Erin (and her team) have done to create this program. Everything is so professional and well done/well designed. It’s perfect!

    I went from barely being able to reach past my knees to being able to grab my feet in forward folds, put my heels down during down dog, and do a chatarunga with my knees up! Not only that, but I also lost weight, feel incredible, and have gained a significant amount of self love and confidence. I highly recommend this program for anyone regardless of level or experience!

    This program is amazing!! This is the strongest I’ve ever felt in my life and I couldn’t be happier. It really focuses on non-scale things other programs forget/don’t highlight and the classes are so much fun. The value you get with the PBYP is so much more than the $139 you pay for it. I highly recommend.
